What we collect

• Your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
• The date, time and IP address of your sign-up and of your confirmation. We keep these as a record of your consent.
• Whether you open our emails and which links you click. Our email platform records this so we can see which content is useful.

Why we use it

We use your data only to send you the LEGACY newsletter and related updates from LEGACY B2B MEDIA, such as new episodes, takeaways, events and opportunities from our network. We do this with your consent, which you give by signing up and confirming through the link in our confirmation email. If you don't confirm, you won't be added to the list. Giving us your email address is voluntary, but we need it to send you the newsletter.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and keep only your email address on a "do not contact" list, so that we never email you by mistake. Sign-ups that are never confirmed don't join the list and never receive our newsletter; we delete them periodically.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop processing it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Commissioner, or to the data protection authority where you live.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It links to YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn; those sites have their own privacy policies.
